Recipe Revisit: Blue Cheese Stuffed Burgers

One thing I love about being in Vermont is not only getting farm fresh produce, but also locally made artisan cheese! As it is probably well known, I love, love, love cheese. We got some blue cheese from Jasper Hill Farm that was fabulous and I decided to use it to make Blue Cheese Stuffed Burgers. I used grass fed beef stuffed with the wonderfully strong blue cheese and the result was fantastic!

I didn't know you live in Vermont! We love VT! Especially in the Fall.- You're right local cheese is divine up there. We've enjoyed quite a bit on our travels. So thrilled that we can get Cabot cheese down here in VA at least.- We're currently tossing around the idea of an October visit to MA. How far are you from the border? It would be so fun to meet up!
