I wanted to paint the wall gray and have the room decorated in shades of white, gray and black with a pop of color like a yellow or tangerine. I picked out Chelsea Gray from Benjamin Moore's Historical Collection. I am a little scared b/c it is so much darker than what I imagined in my head. Plus, I am not used to dark colors. However, I hope it turns out nice! If not, we can always re-paint. Here are some pictures of rooms with Chelsea Gray paint. Any thoughts?

Chelsea Gray - Guest Bedroom
We have been working hard to get the guest bedroom done so that we can move on to the next project. Casey installed Pergo floors, new closet doors, and a new entry door. We also have painted the ceiling, primed the walls, and put in base board moulding. Tonight we hope to finish the painting of the walls and base boards. I will hopefully have some before and after pics to post soon!

I love it, Cribs! I'm obsessed with gray right now. I really like it in the second picture, with lighter trim on the windows.
Thanks! I think that with the crisp white trim we are using it will help to brighten it up like in the 2nd pic.
I also love gray!
Ohh, I love that color! We just did several shades of gray in our house, but our study is too light...I'll have to get a sample of this shade, it looks perfect!
Ohh! I love it! I think that would look fantastic!
LOVE that gray, of course, I'm a huge gray fan - and dark gray at that! LoVE!
HI :) Someone posted your balsamic pork recipe on pintrest so I took a look at your decorating :) I have a question for you- we have those ledges with frames in our dining room (the ones above your couch) but my frames keep falling! How do you keep yours from falling forward?
Thanks! Love your decorating, by the way & I'm trying your pork recipe tonight! :) Emily
